Job summary

BAYCOM, Inc. seeks a Communications Consultant to join our team in Plymouth, MN.

You will help customers understand and deploy best-in-class video, voice, and data technologies in a fast-growing, employee-owned company. As a Communications Consultant, you will build lasting relationships, identify opportunities, and present BAYCOM’s security and communications solutions to diverse industries while collaborating with engineering and sales teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Two years of sales experience required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support business growth.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Communications Consultant, you’ll build lasting relationships, uncover opportunities, and deliver innovative technology solutions that help organizations operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Network with outside sources, vendors, and existing customers to identify new opportunities.
• Prospect and develop relationships with new businesses across key industries.
• Present and demonstrate BAYCOM’s communication and security solutions to stakeholders.
