• Participate in production team meetings, menu and recipe development.
• Prepare vegetables, fruits, meats, and other ingredients according to recipes and portions.
• Assemble salads and other cold dishes with presentation in mind.
• Prepare salad dressings and sauces according to established recipes.
• Monitor and manage ingredient inventory to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Maintain sanitation and assist in kitchen operations as needed.
