You'll start your morning by setting up our Fireside Room with coffee, OJ, fruit, and yogurt. Then prepare fresh fruit salad/fruit tray and set up/take down salad bars. In the afternoon you'll cut fresh greens for the evening dinner salad and prep a variety of toppings and a vinaigrette or dressing. This position is responsible for preparing high-quality salads, dressings, and ingredients for the creation of compound salads and various dishes, and providing support for the smooth operation of our kitchen.
