Responsibilities

• Participate in production team meetings and menu development.

• Prepare dressings and sauces per established recipes.
• Monitor ingredient inventory to minimize waste.
• Maintain sanitation and clean work area at all times.
• Support kitchen operations including dishwashing and storage.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
