Qualifications

• 1+ year of work experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A warm, authentic, helpful, and efficient nature.
• Excellent communication and an outgoing personality.
• Resourceful and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, wash, peel, and cut various foods for cooking or serving.
• Prepare items to order following recipes within time limits.
• Ensure guest orders are properly portioned and ready.
• Report low supplies or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Transport equipment, supplies, and utensils.
• Keep all areas clean and storage properly labeled.
• Follow sanitation guidelines and safety procedures.
• Learn new menu items and dishes.
• Perform duties in other kitchen areas as assigned.
