Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and recipes.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to stand/move in the kitchen for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all salad items and grab-n-go items as directed.
• Slice deli meats as required by production worksheets.
• Follow and calculate recipes accurately.
• Maintain a sanitary workstation and kitchen areas.
• Set up, tear down, and clean production equipment.
• Calculate needs according to production sheets and labels.
