• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements and meet base scores for this position.
• Must meet the company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.

Aufgaben

• Prepare items for salad bar - cut fruit, set up salad bar, and keep all items stocked and fresh.
• Execute all food safety requirements for the salad bar.
• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements.
• Receive, store, and stock items.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
