Fogo de Chão is hiring for Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep. Join our culinary team delivering high-quality salad bar items and sides with efficient prep and presentation, while supporting inventory, cleanliness, and shift duties. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures quality of inventory and fresh produce, including storage area management.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes beginning or closing shift duties.
