Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to assist with salad bar prep and presentation, desserts, and side dishes. You will help maintain inventory standards and keep the kitchen area organized and clean, while supporting opening and closing duties.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand long periods, and work weekends or holidays as needed. Competitive pay with benefits for eligible team members.

• Attention to food safety and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
