Job summary

Fogo de Chão is seeking a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep to support the salad bar, side dishes, and desserts with quality presentation. You will help maintain inventory and ensure freshness across all bar items.

Role requires standing for long periods and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Weekend and holiday availability is required. Full-time and part-time positions with benefits start after the onboarding period.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Full-time and part-time positions available with benefits after eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts.
• Maintain high quality inventory and fresh produce, including storage areas.
• Assist management with tracking expiration dates on products and keeping areas clean.
• Complete beginning or closing shift duties as assigned.
