Fogo de Chão is hiring for Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep. The role involves preparing and presenting salad bar items, maintaining inventory and freshness, and supporting management with expiration tracking. You will keep the kitchen areas clean and handle start/end of shift duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures quality of inventory and fresh produce, manages storage and inventory levels.
• Assists management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes beginning or closing shift duties.
