Qualifications

• Experience in food service is preferred.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Supports preparation and presentation of all salad bar items according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures inventory quality and proper storage, including managing inventory levels.
• Assists management with tracking expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Completes beginning or closing shift duties.
• Other duties may be assigned.
