Job summary

Fogo de Chão is hiring for Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep. The role involves preparing and presenting salad bar items, desserts, and side dishes, following recipes and maintaining high standards of quality across inventory and storage areas.

You'll assist with expiration tracking, keep kitchen areas clean, and perform opening/closing shift tasks. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience with salad bar prep and kitchen inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
