Fogo de Chão is hiring for a Market Table (Salad Bar) Attendant / Kitchen Prep in Irving, TX. You will support salad bar prep, ensure presentation of items, and help maintain inventory, storage, and cleanliness. Weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to transport objects up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to work at a quick pace.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Provides support through preparation and proper presentation of all salad bar items, side dishes and desserts according to recipe in an efficient manner.
• Ensures that the quality of all inventory and fresh produce are of the highest standards including proper management of inventory levels including the storage area.
• Assists management with tracking of expiration dates on all products.
• Maintains cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
