Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform for the Healthcare Delivery division, including Oak Street Health and Signify Health. You will collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security to deliver secure identity and access solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SailPoint engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications and services.
• 2+ years SailPoint IdentityNow/Identity Security Cloud experience.
• Ability to independently configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows from day one.
• Hands-on experience with identity provisioning architectures spanning HRIS, directory services, and identity providers (Workday, Active Directory, Okta).
• Understanding of software design patterns, scalable system design, and data modeling for IAM.
• Experience building lifecycle workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) and RBAC models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities across connected identity systems.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop IAM platform features using SailPoint.
• Configure connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows.
• Integrate provisioning across HRIS, AD, Workday, Okta.
• Ensure security, compliance, and auditable processes.
