Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform for CVS Health's healthcare delivery ecosystem. The role partners with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security to deliver secure, auditable IAM solutions.

You will implement provisioning workflows, RBAC models, and compliance reporting, while aligning with enterprise standards and best practices in an Agile

Qualifications

• 3+ years of SailPoint Engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications and services.
• 2+ years of hands-on SailPoint experience (IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud).
• Independently configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, and workflows from day one.
• Hands-on with identity provisioning architectures spanning HRIS, directory services, and identity providers (Workday, AD, Okta).
• Understanding of software design patterns, scalable system design, and data modeling for IAM.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise IGA platform.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security teams.
• Deliver provisioning workflows, lifecycle automation, RBAC, and compliance reporting.
