Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Software Development Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise Identity Governance and Administration platform for the Healthcare Delivery division.

You will collaborate with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Operations, and Security teams to deliver secure, auditable IAM solutions built on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including provisioning workflows and RBAC.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SailPoint engineering for enterprise-grade apps/services.
• 2+ years SailPoint IdentityNow/Identity Security Cloud.
• Independent SailPoint connectors, rules, transforms, workflows configuration & troubleshooting.
• Hands-on identity provisioning across HRIS, directories, and identity providers (Workday/AD/Okta).
• Understanding of scalable design, RBAC, and data modeling for IAM.
• Experience with lifecycle workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver/Reuse/Inactive).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain the enterprise IGA platform for CVS Health.
• Partner with Compliance, Identity Architecture, Network Ops, and Security teams.
• Implement provisioning workflows, RBAC, access certification, and reporting.
