Net at Work is seeking a Sage X3 Functional Consultant to design, develop, and launch ERP solutions for manufacturing and distribution clients. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, document processes, and propose effective configurations and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, quality assurance or equivalent work experience required.
• 5+ years of Sage X3 ERP implementation or implementation of similar ERP solutions (Epicor, Infor, Syspro, Chempax, Workday, ProcessPRO, MS Dynamics).
• Must have experience implementing ERP solutions within Distribution Manufacturing (Bills of Materials, scheduling, Shipping, EDI Integrations, etc.).
• A consulting background with a track record of delivering complex software solutions within defined timeframes and budgets.
• Strong business expertise and ability to ensure technical solutions deliver business value.
• Experience translating business requirements into solution specifications.
• Experience leading requirements definition and design sessions (interviews, surveys, workshops, demos).
• Successful track record of delivering on objectives and performance metrics.
• Ability to document business and technical designs.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Strong relationship and social skills to build external industry network.

Responsibilities

• SOW Activities and Delivery of Projects: analyze client processes and validate information; document requirements; evaluate and recommend cost-effective solutions; ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Develop and maintain functional specifications, workflows, and system specifications; identify integration points.
• Provide knowledge transfer to team and clients; support sales with estimates, demos, and pre-sales responses.
• Manage and support relationships and install products for existing clients; ensure customer satisfaction and value billing.
