Job summary

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration support, and post-go-live stabilization. Prior exposure to Crystal Reports/SEI Reporting is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-15 years of experience as a Sage X3 Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on with at least 2 full-cycle Sage X3 implementations.
• Strong expertise in Sales, Distribution, Inventory and O2C workflows.
• Ability to create functional documentation (FSDs, process flows, test scripts).
• Experience collaborating with finance and supply chain teams on cross-functional processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Sage X3 implementations across requirements, design, config, testing and go-live.
• Conduct functional workshops with business users across Finance, Sales, Distribution, Production and Supply Chain.
• Configure and optimize O2C processes: customer setup, quotations, sales orders, deliveries, invoicing, credit management, pricing.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs for development, integrations and customizations.
• Perform UAT, create documentation, and provide end-user training.
