Core-Mark International in Hayward, CA seeks a Training & Safety Supervisor to develop and administer environmental, fleet safety and occupational health programs, ensuring legal compliance and a safe workplace. You will manage facility security, disaster preparedness, and claims, and collaborate with teams to meet safety targets.

The role includes coordinating with OpCo leaders, maintaining safety documentation, conducting incident investigations, and supervising training programs.

Formación

• Required: 2+ years coordinating health and safety compliance.
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA).
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate safety requirements with OpCo leaders.
• Maintain Occupational Safety and Food Safety/QA programs and documents.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and federal rules & regulations.
• Site point of contact for inspections/audits by regulatory agencies.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses to prevent future incidents.
• Monitor loss trends and communicate risk recommendations to reduce losses.
• Oversee annual First Aid/CPR/AED training and related records.
