Job summary

Control Panels USA is seeking a Safety & Training Manager to lead CP USA’s safety, training, fleet, and facility maintenance programs. The role develops safety policies, manages training, ensures regulatory compliance, and tracks training documentation to foster a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include coordinating jobsite safety assessments, maintaining training materials, and driving improvements in workplace safety while collaborating with management and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in safety, training, or related field with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety practices.
• Experience developing and delivering adult training (classroom, field, jobsite).
• Excellent organizational, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel; training systems experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and training programs to support goals and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with management to identify training needs and priorities.
• Research and monitor OSHA requirements; train on relevant standards.
• Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, logs, and safety docs.
• Schedule and conduct training; ensure attendance and records.
