Job summary

Rise Modular in Minnesota is seeking a Safety and Training Manager to lead the organization’s Safety, Training, Environmental, and Occupational Health programs, with primary emphasis on workplace safety and employee training.

You will develop and execute programs to prevent injuries, ensure regulatory compliance, own onboarding and ongoing skills training, supervise the Training Coordinator, and partner with operations to identify needs, measure outcomes, and drive continuous safety and learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or related field preferred.
• Progressive experience in workplace safety, training, and compliance.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead workplace safety program and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Manage incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Own training program including onboarding and ongoing safety training.
• Ensure environmental compliance and regulatory reporting.
