IES Commercial, Inc. Communications Division is seeking a full-time Safety Trainer to conduct safety training ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards.

The role involves delivering classroom and online training (NEO, OSHA 10/30), developing course outlines and tests, tracking outcomes, and maintaining safety records. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, 5+ years in construction safety training, OSHA knowledge, and certification as an OSHA Outreach

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Deliver safety training through classroom, hands-on demonstrations, webinars, and virtual classrooms.
• Develop training materials and assessments; track outcomes.
• Lead safety classes on NEO, OSHA courses; evaluate performance with tests.
• Maintain safe learning environment and coordinate with management and field personnel.
• Prepare safety reports and maintain records.
