TEI Construction Services, Inc. is seeking a Safety Professional to promote a culture of safety across multiple project sites.

The role involves implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and collaborating with project managers and onsite teams to identify hazards and develop effective strategies for a safe working environment. You will conduct site inspections, lead training sessions on safe work practices, investigate incidents, maintain documentation, and ensure OSHA

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a safety-related role, preferably construction.
• Bachelor's degree in a related safety field preferred.
• OSHA 510 certification required; CHST or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive jobsite safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Facilitate safety training sessions on safe work practices and emergency response procedures.
• Assist with development and implementation of safety policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Investigate incidents to determine root causes and develop corrective action plans.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, training records, and compliance logs.
• Collaborate with project teams to promote safety awareness and continuous improvement.
• Monitor OSHA regulations and safety standards across construction operations.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to safety initiatives aligned with company goals.
