This hands-on role collaborates with branch managers, supervisors, and HeartLand safety leadership to foster a culture of safety and accountability across all sites. Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple projects.
• Proven problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with practical safety solutions.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build relationships across branches.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with operational leadership.
• Experience coordinating safety, training, and risk management programs.
• Willingness to travel between branches, customer locations, and job sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety programs, assessments, and initiatives across the company.
• Lead safety and risk management efforts with branch safety leads and Heartland safety leadership.
• Manage incident response, claims documentation, and After Action Reviews.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs via the LMS and other resources.
• Maintain safety policies, procedures, and SOPs in coordination with operations.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety and efficiency.
• Track safety metrics and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
