Limbach is seeking a Field Safety Rep to lead safety training, program implementation, and incident investigations across projects. The role focuses on reinforcing a strong safety culture, coordinating branch safety actions, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include translating company safety strategy into local actions, engaging leadership and workers, and driving continuous improvement through audits and proactive risk mitigation.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant safety experience.
• Experience in highly safety-sensitive environments such as construction.
• Strong hazard recognition and risk management skills.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications and training development software.
• Strong decision making, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate with diverse audiences and build relationships.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and mechanical construction requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsabilidades

• Translate the Company's safety strategy into practical actions at the local branch.
• Partner with leadership and employees to continuously improve safety processes.
• Engage employees at all levels to clarify responsibilities and expectations.
• Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks with engineering/admin controls and PPE.
• Lead investigations of near misses and incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety training in compliance with laws and company standards.
• Conduct regular safety audits and site visits to reinforce standards.
