Job summary

Helix Traffic Solutions, LLC is seeking a Safety Leader to support the Regional Safety Manager in implementing and day-to-day execution of safety programs across locations. Responsibilities

• Implement and support the safety program and initiatives while promoting safety culture and compliance.
• Conduct inspections to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Verify proper traffic control plans, work zone setups, and safe work practices.
• Deliver safety training programs and maintain training schedules and records.
• Investigate incidents, collect evidence, determine root causes, and track corrective actions.
• Monitor workplace hazards and provide coaching to address unsafe acts or conditions.
