Job summary

Gabriel Group seeks a Safety & Training Coordinator to organize and oversee employee training programs, onboarding, and on-the-job training across departments. You will ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and SQF standards, maintain records, and drive safety initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

You will conduct new-hire orientations, safety trainings, and refresher sessions, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with supervisors and trainers to fill training gaps while ensuring all required

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including MS Office and Excel.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct new-hire orientation and safety training on machine safety, PPE, incident reporting, emergency procedures, GMP requirements.
• Oversee on-the-job training across departments and verify training checklists.
• Coordinate training sessions with supervisors, manage training schedules and coaching.
• Maintain training documentation and ensure ISO, SQF, GMP compliance.
• Perform regular safety walks and inspections and communicate hazards.
