Job summary

Phlow is seeking an Operations Trainer to build and maintain comprehensive training programs supporting the Operations Team. The role emphasizes cGMP and FDA compliance, with partnerships across Operations, Safety, and Quality to ensure personnel are qualified for assigned duties and that records stay audit-ready.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related experience may be considered.
• 2-3 years in operations, manufacturing, training, or qualification in a regulated setting.
• Knowledge of FDA, cGMP, controlled docs, and training practices is preferred.
• Experience delivering instructor-led, hands-on, and competency-based training.
• Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver onboarding, qualification, refresher, and skills-development programs for Operations in line with cGMP and FDA requirements.
• Design and maintain training materials: curricula, lesson plans, presentations, job aids, knowledge checks, and qualification assessments.
• Maintain a comprehensive training schedule ensuring timely completion of training and certifications.
• Coordinate training modalities: classroom, hands-on, vendor-led, and train-the-trainer to boost capability and readiness.
