Job summary

Seaway Bolt & Specials Corp. is seeking an EHS/ Training Coordinator to provide HR and safety compliance support. You will coordinate monthly safety training, maintain records, and assist with investigations and audits in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires an associate degree and experience in HR or safety administration, with strong organization and communication skills. Onsite position with opportunities to support wellness and regulatory programs.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Experience in HR or safety administration required.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct monthly safety training for all employees.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure adherence to safety policies and PPE use.
• Help implement best practices focused on safety across departments.
• Assist with accident investigations, safety inspections, audits, and assessments.
• Maintain safety records including incident reports and training records.
• Assist with EHS postings and ensure regulatory documentation is up to date.
