Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects facility operations to ensure safe job practices and proper use of PPE and guards.
• Investigates accidents and near-misses, identifies trends, and ensures corrective actions are implemented.
• Collaborates with management to develop safety programs and incentives.
• Conducts new hire safety training and ensures understanding of policies.
• Chairs the Safety Committee and coordinates safety communications.
