Job summary

Select Water Solutions is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support field operations by delivering safety training to new hires, promoting occupational health awareness, and upholding OSHA policies. The role requires hands-on monitoring of environmental hazards and active participation in safety program delivery.

You will coordinate training records, assist with emergency response planning, and help ensure compliance across sites while working closely with the Safety Director.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements to obtain Safeland instructor status.
• Bilingual strongly preferred.
• 0 to 2 years related working experience is required.
• Ability to work independently establish priorities and complete competing assignments within required timeframes.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible to drive a company vehicle in accordance to Select’s insurance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers training programs educating staff on environmental concerns or health and safety risks found in the organization.
• Ensures that training records, health/safety manuals or handbooks, incident/accident reports, or other documentation are appropriately maintained.
• Purchases and distributes personal protection equipment or other related supplies.
• Monitors known health, safety, or environmental hazards, such as noise, air, or wastewater pollution levels.
• Coordinates inspection of facilities, vehicles, or equipment.
• Assists in developing and communicating facility-specific emergency response or evacuation plans.
