ThompsonGas is seeking a Safety & Technical Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate structured training across field teams in Reno/Sparks, NV. The role emphasizes safety outcomes, operational excellence, and measurable performance improvement through our on-the-job training strategy.

You'll lead classroom and hands-on programs for service technicians, delivery drivers, and field leaders, ensuring content aligns with NFPA/FMCSA standards and internal policies. Expect ~50% travel to field sites.

Competenze

3+ years in safety, training, or propane operations roles.
NFPA 54/58, FMCSA regulations, CETP through 4.2 knowledge.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness to obtain professional certification in adult learning or instructional design.

Mansioni
