FULLBEAUTY Brands in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Occupational Safety Supervisor to promote safety, health, and well-being of associates. You will partner with operations, engineering, and leadership to develop and sustain safety programs across our Indianapolis and Plainfield facilities.

The role oversees emergency response, injury management, regulatory compliance, and safety training, with responsibilities including OSHA/NFPA/ANSI standards, incident investigations, and support for

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in occupational safety or related field.
• Experience with workers' compensation case management preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations required; NFPA/ANSI familiarity preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Emergency Response & Injury Management: Respond to workplace medical emergencies and manage injuries.
• Safety Programs & Compliance: Maintain OSHA logs and ensure OSHA, NFPA 70E, ANSI compliance across facilities.
• Training & Safety Culture: Develop and deliver safety training programs and lead the Indiana Safety Committee.
• Risk Reduction & Continuous Improvement: Conduct incident investigations and implement safety improvements.
• Operational Support: Provide on-site safety support at Indianapolis and Plainfield locations, including night shifts.
