• Strong teamwork mentality and communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License and availability for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Safety Manager in daily safety tasks.
• Coordinate safety initiatives across departments.
• Track safety metrics and prepare reports.
• Act as liaison for safety concerns with employees.
• Support audits, inspections, and budget management.
• Maintain safety documentation for audits.
• Monitor regulatory changes and adjust policies.
• Coordinate with vendors for safety equipment and training.
• Collect employee feedback on safety programs.
• Assist with emergency response planning and drills.
• Ensure OSHA and other regulations are complied with.
• Improve safety culture and practices.
• Perform job site audits and recommend corrective actions.
