Job summary

SBM is seeking a Site Supervisor in Indianapolis, IN to safely coordinate program activities and supervise both company and temporary staff. The role requires inspecting areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure OSHA and sanitation compliance.

Qualifications

Six months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to have a valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
Bilingual in Spanish a plus."

Responsibilities

Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommend training and discipline.
Write reports such as pass down, weekly, or monthly.
Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
