Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of construction experience and 1+ year in a safety role (3+ years preferred).
  • Working knowledge of OSHA 1926 standards and construction safety practices.
  • Strong communication, organization, and training skills.
  • Ability to identify risks, make decisions, and take proactive action.
  • OSHA 30, 500, EM385, CHST, or equivalent; CPR/First Aid Trainer; OSHA 510 (within 6 months) - Required.
  • OSHA 500, CHST, or other relevant safety certifications - Preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish - Preferred.
  • Associate degree in Occupational Health & Safety - Preferred.
  • Background screening, drug-free workplace, and possible post-offer physical and site-specific background check
