Judge Direct Placement is assisting a manufacturing client in hiring a proactive Safety Specialist to drive a world-class safety culture. The role focuses on OSHA compliance, leading safety initiatives, and delivering training to partners across the plant.

With 3+ years in manufacturing safety and a solid grasp of OSHA regulations, you will collaborate with operations to reduce risks, monitor safety metrics, and contribute to continuous improvements in a full-time on-site North Carolina position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Safety, EHS, Industrial Hygiene or related field.
• ASP, CSP, OSHA 30 or other safety certifications.
• 3+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety programs.
• Strong communication, training and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
