Job summary

Oxford Industries, a Atlanta-based global apparel company, seeks a Safety & Security Specialist for a large, automated distribution center. You will support workplace safety, regulatory compliance, and loss prevention, partnering with Operations and HR to investigate incidents and manage access control.

Strong data analysis and incident reporting are essential. Responsibilities include OSHA compliance, incident reviews, training delivery, and maintaining documentation, with emphasis on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or college work desirable.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and Workers’ Compensation processes.
• Experience supporting incident investigations and maintaining documentation.
• Experience in a highly automated or robotics-enabled distribution center.
• Experience with access control systems and video management platforms such as Verkada.

Responsibilities

• Support site safety programs in a highly automated distribution environment.
• Identify workplace hazards and support corrective actions.
• Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments; document findings.
• Ensure OSHA and Workers’ Comp compliance and related regulations.
• Maintain safety documentation, training logs, and postings.
• Assist with development and delivery of safety training.
• Analyze safety data and prepare leadership reports.
• Assist HR with investigations related to safety incidents and policy violations.
• Support Workers’ Compensation claims with documentation and coordination.
• Participate in incident reviews and root cause analyses.
• Print access badges and manage card reader permissions.
• Review video footage to support investigations and safety reviews.
• Support enforcement of site security and loss prevention procedures.
• Collaborate with HR and Operations on safety-related incidents.
