Job summary

Boston Children’s Hospital in Brookline, MA seeks a Safety and Quality Consultant to manage enterprise projects, build curricula, and expand strategic programs across the organization. The role partners with stakeholders, defines plans, and oversees all project phases from initiation to closure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; area of study in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Quality & Safety, Performance Improvement, or Project Management OR 6+ years of relevant experience in Quality & Safety, Performance Improvement, or Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple enterprise projects and initiatives with supervision.
• Design internal and external safety, quality, and health equity educational courses.
• Define, plan, and manage all project phases including day-to-day activities.
• Create project deliverables (diagrams, slides, reports, timelines).
• Develop quality/safety improvement measurement plans with an analyst.
