Job summary

Cupertino Electric, Inc. in Sparks, NV is seeking a Project Safety Manager to support project teams in creating and sustaining an Incident and Injury Free Culture (IIFC) by developing and maintaining a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.

The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations and generates weekly incident reports for project leadership. The ideal candidate is OSHA 30-certified with construction safety experience and knowledge of NFPA, NESC, ASTM,

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Construction certification required.
• CPR/FA certification (Trainer preferred).
• Three to five years of construction safety experience (electrical safety preferred).
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a Project Safety Roadmap and Site Safety Plan.
• Generate weekly Total Case Incident Reports and submit to project leadership.
• Lead incident and injury investigations with support from Production leadership.
• Monitor and audit CEI/Subcontractor compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and project safety requirements.
