Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to support commercial installations, maintenance and service across customer sites. This role requires 2–6 years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, a valid driver’s license, and strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

You will work in a team, perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, and basic repairs, and occasionally travel or work weekends.

Qualifications

• HVAC field service experience required.
• Must hold EPA Type I & II or Universal certification.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read manuals and perform calibrations.
• Willingness to travel and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site preventative maintenance and routine repairs on commercial HVAC units.
• Diagnose issues and refer complex problems to senior technicians.
• Complete required service paperwork and maintain records.
• Maintain safety and uphold customer satisfaction.
• Travel to customer sites and work overtime when required.
