Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs, audits, and training for our facilities. You will champion a proactive safety culture while partnering with leaders to protect associates and maintain productivity.

Requires OSHA knowledge, MS Word/Excel proficiency, and the ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends. Prior EHS experience or a related degree is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A bachelor’s degree in EHS-related field OR 1 year in EHS OR 6 months in Amazon safety role.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional capacity.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in matters involving security or personal issues.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies.
• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Deliver safety training that resonates with associates and promotes proactive safety culture.
