Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics in the USA seeks a Safety Coordinator to champion a culture of safety across our campus. You will educate leaders, support policy development, and ensure compliance with OSHA rules and regulations.

You will conduct training, maintain records, investigate incidents, and work with corporate safety to improve programs. This role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to translate safety into everyday practice.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years related safety experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other federal safety standards.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Willing to work different shifts as dictated by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, implement, and evaluate departmental occupational safety programs.
• Develop and conduct occupational safety training for all employees.
• Maintain all HSE training records and notify managers of training requirements.
• Schedule training to keep employees compliant with safety standards.
• Conduct on-site safety observations and inspections.
