Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Program Manager - Safety to join our Platform Construction team in Portland, OR. You will manage the McKinstry Safety Program and assigned safety professionals, ensuring enterprise compliance and developing safety plans across business units.

The role requires five years of construction/industrial safety experience, knowledge of federal/state/local regulations, and familiarity with SharePoint and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in construction/industrial safety.
• Understanding of federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Proven safety management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of annual Safety Business plans with business units.
• Set safety training expectations and monitor performance.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Mentor project teams on safety policies and risk management.
• Support field teams with safety stand-downs and risk assessments.
