Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Safety Program Manager to join our Energy division in Spokane, WA. You will manage the McKinstry Safety Program and assigned safety professionals at the business unit level, ensuring enterprise compliance and driving safety initiatives.

You will develop site-specific safety plans, audit safety performance, and support project teams with safety training and risk mitigation. Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and five years of construction/industrial safety experience are

Qualifications

• Requires five years of construction/industrial safety experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field preferred.
• Proficient in safety regulations at federal, state, and local levels.
• Experience with safety programs, OSHA standards, and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program management at the business unit level.
• Develop site-specific safety plans and ensure adherence.
• Audit safety performance and report findings.
• Coordinate safety training and stakeholder communications.
• Support field teams during projects and preconstruction activities.
