Job summary

Pike Enterprise is seeking a Safety Supervisor to direct the safety program for an assigned area. You will lead a team of QEPs and Safety Coordinators, setting priorities, coaching performance, and ensuring field coverage and training targets are met.

In this role you will own customer safety relationships, represent Safety in leadership discussions, and drive the area toward zero incidents through resource planning and continuous improvement within the energy construction sector.

Qualifications

• Experience leading safety teams and field supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of energy sector safety practices and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the assigned team of QEPs and Safety Coordinators, setting priorities and coaching targets.
• Review area-level safety trends, directing resources to highest-risk areas and escalating issues as needed.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer safety and EHS issues in the area; represent Safety in leadership discussions.
• Lead or oversee root cause analyses for significant incidents and near misses.
• Ensure mandated safety training completion for the assigned area.
• Recruit, coach, and develop QEPs and Safety Coordinators; mentor field supervision.
• Drive the area toward a zero-incidence goal with properly resourced programs.
