Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a Safety Coordinator to ensure OSHA compliance and a safe workplace across field operations in West Palm Beach and nationwide travel.

You will lead audits, training, incident investigations, and risk assessments, partnering with Operations to embed proactive safety practices.

Requires 3+ years safety experience or certification; Journeyman Lineman experience welcomed. Strong communication and ability to travel frequently are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years safety experience or an accredited safety certification.
• Journeyman Lineman – 10 years plus experience
• Willingness to travel across the United States
• OSHA 30 or OSHA 500 Certification

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and hazard analyses of project operations and update safety manuals.
• Provide training such as New Hire Orientation, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10, and related programs.
• Lead safety meetings and coordinate corrective actions with crews.
• Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses to identify root causes.
• Maintain safety records and documentation for regulatory compliance.
