Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years safety experience or equivalent certification.
• Journeyman Lineman – 10+ years experience.
• Strong presentation skills for regular Safety Meetings and trainings.
• Provide technical assistance with accident investigations.
• Experience coordinating information across departments.
• OSHA 30 or OSHA 500 certification required.
• Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits and hazard analyses of project operations.
• Provide training (New Hire Orientation, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10, Competent Person).
• Maintain safety records and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Interact with field personnel and management daily.
• Collaborate to ensure regulatory compliance and training needs.
• Investigate accidents/incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop job-specific safety plans and conduct site inspections.
• Travel throughout the United States to perform responsibilities.
