Job summary

Radian in Memphis is seeking a Customer Support Representative to provide customers with information to promote and purchase Radians products. You will collaborate with Inside Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and Manufacturer’s Representatives to facilitate the sales process.

The role requires handling high-volume calls, data entry, and strong communication. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; MS Office proficiency is expected. This is a full-time on-site position with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Customer service background preferred in safety products
• High volume call handling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient with MS Office and data entry
• Experience with P21 is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and assist or direct them
• Escalate pricing calls to Inside Sales or Inside Sales Account Representative
• Maintain product knowledge and competitive awareness
• Identify key competitors in the industrial/safety channel
• Process orders, provide pricing, track orders, and resolve complaints
• Complete all RMAs in the system
• Return follow-up calls/voicemail by 3pm cutoff
• Log customer feedback as tasks in P21
• Communicate customer requirements to Purchasing to minimize back orders
• Perform other duties as assigned
